About
IORG is a non-profit service organization for girls between the ages of 10 and 20. This order was founded by Rev. W. Mark Sexon in April of 1992. He sought to develop an organization where young women could build self confidence and leadership skills, all while serving their community.
Our order prepares girls of today to be leaders of tomorrow. Members learn to be a part of a team and how to communicate with others. IORG builds confidence, integrity, fidelity, poise and character, all while having fun. In result, this creates lifetime friendships with girls their age, along with positive role models and mentors in our adult leadership and alumni.
